Types of services

Below are some of the typical services we offer. However, we do not limit ourselves to those listed, we are flexible and open to the needs and specific situation of a given client.

Software development

We create dedicated software that meets the specific needs of the client. The number and type of processes that can be improved and reduced with the use of appropriate software is unlimited. It may be the creation and archiving of various types of documents, e.g. checklists used in the production process, order data management, bills of materials, etc. storage of documents. We know from experience that this can translate into huge savings. We develop Windows, Web or Cloud applications which can be easy integrated into existing IT landscape.

Integration of information systems

In enterprises, it often happens that data is processed using many different tools at the same time. Some data can be stored and processed in ordinary Excel files, and some in databases of large IT systems, such as SAP. Or, it may be that the same data is stored in many different sources, causing a timing problem. It also hinders data analysis, which is necessary to make the right business decisions. This is influenced by many factors, and the result is usually an unnecessary waste of time and energy that could be used for the good of the company. In order to remedy this type of situation, we offer an IT systems integration service. We create new tools that allow you to integrate the existing distributed data and processes into one coherent system. This does not necessarily mean getting rid of previously used tools if they are still necessary for some reason. In such a situation, they can be treated as data sources for the new system. The benefits of integration include a coherent system of data and process management, such as document flow in the enterprise, the possibility of comprehensive data analysis in the form of reports or charts, which enables better planning.

Maintenance and development of existing systems

Most companies already use some type of software. However, there may be times when, for example, support is no longer provided. If the source code is available, we will gladly undertake the further maintenance and development of the existing software. We are open to all kinds of technologies used to create existing software. If this proves to be a reasonable solution, we can also undertake the rewriting of existing software with newer, more future-proof technology. Each situation is different and requires separate analysis.

Our approach

A well-documented specification is certainly helpful when developing software. However, it often turns out that a lot of time spent developing specifications does not necessarily translate into faster and more trouble-free software development. Sometimes it is only at the stage of programming or using the already created early versions of the system that we are able to notice the need to add or modify certain functionalities, which was not visible before. Therefore, after developing the initial specification, we try to provide the customer with a prototype as soon as possible, which allows you to "feel" what the use of the ready-made tool will look like. Based on the feedback from the client, we develop the software and introduce any modifications at an early stage of development. The client tracks the changes and provides feedback again. Thanks to such short software development cycles, the client has ongoing insight into the progress of the project development. Any inaccuracies in the business logic are corrected at the earliest possible stage.
